All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products to ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect (wrong product or missing item)

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at psthai.us@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
